To be alive in Christ is to experience a life that is no longer defined by our past, our failures, or our limitations, but by His resurrection power working within us. This week’s devotionals will help us reflect on the miracle of new life that God has given us through His Son. As we walk through each day, may we grow more aware of the freedom, hope, and purpose that come from being fully alive in Him.

There is no greater miracle than the moment God brings a dead soul to life. Paul reminds us that we were once spiritually lifeless—unable to save ourselves, unable to change ourselves, unable to reach God. But then comes the phrase that changes everything: “But God…” In His mercy, He stepped into our hopeless condition and breathed life into us through Christ. This new life is not earned; it is a gift of grace.

Being alive in Christ means we no longer live under the weight of condemnation. The old chains of guilt and shame have been broken. We walk in a new identity—beloved, forgiven, and restored. Every day becomes an opportunity to live out the grace that saved us, to reflect the One who rescued us, and to celebrate the life we now possess.

Let today be a reminder that your spiritual life is not fragile or uncertain. It is anchored in the finished work of Jesus. You are alive because He lives, and nothing can undo what His grace has accomplished.
