Bob is a retired Southern Baptist pastor with over 20 years of experience. He is a freelance writer and student of the Bible. He has been married to his wife Deanna for over 52 years. They have 2 children and 6 grandchildren and our first great-grandchild is on the way. Bob and Deanna live in the far north Texas town of Denison, which is the birthplace of our 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, the pilot of US Airways flight 1549 who successfully landed on the Hudson River in New York in 2009.

Bob continually officiates weddings and teaches Sunday School. Being retired from full-time gospel ministry has not stopped him from continuing to serve the Lord.

In addition to his ministerial work, Bob is also a freelance writer and blogger. He has been blogging for about 12 years now.
